Lease Your Seat FAQs

If you are unable to attend a home game at AAMI Park, you are encouraged to use the Lease Your Seat program.

Once you lease your seat, it is released for sale on Ticketek for that specific match. If your seat is purchased online, you will receive a credit towards your 2027 membership, subject to terms and conditions.

If your seat is purchased, it’s a win-win! You’ll get a credit, and the Storm gets to play in front of a louder and fuller AAMI Park!

Once your seat is leased, it is released on Ticketek and your membership barcode is disabled for the specific game. This cannot be reversed, so please only return your seat if you are definitely not attending the match.

If you wish to lease your seat by email, please email membership@melbournestorm.com.au no later than 72 hours before the game. Your email must include your Member ID, full name and seat location. Any emails received after this cut-off will not have the seats leased.

You will receive email confirmation of your seat lease.

Lease Your Seat for the 2026 season will open up in early 2026. Members who are eligible will receive communications.

You can lease your seat prior to each game up until 72 hours before the game begins.

All reserved seats that are leased by members are available for purchase on Ticketek here and can be purchased like any other available ticket for that game.

If you Lease Your Seat, you will receive an email within one week following the match to advise whether your seat was purchased on Ticketek. Total credit for the 2026 season will be calculated at the completion of the home and away season and will appear on your 2027 membership renewal invoice.
