Terms & Conditions | Lease Your Seat Program

By returning your seat through the Lease Your Seat Program, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the below Terms and Conditions.

1. Clubhouse Platinum, Clubhouse Diamond, Clubhouse Gold and Diamond members may lease their seats by logging into their MyStorm account up to 72 before the match.

  • Members may email membership@melbournestorm.com.au to lease their seat. The email must include your Member ID, full name, seat location and the game you wish to lease for. Any emails received after the 72-hour cut-off will not have the seats lease

2. Once your seat has been leased, it cannot be retrieved for that match. Membership cards, both physical and digital, will be disabled for the match.

3. If your leased seat is successfully purchased on Ticketek, you will be allocated a credit in the amount set out below. There is no guarantee that a seat leased for resale will be sold.

Adult and Junior prices include those in a Family package.

3. You will only be eligible to receive credit where your seat is leased and purchased through Ticketek. Tickets leased, sold or purchased through any other means are not eligible to receive credit.

4. Credit earned on seats successfully leased may only be redeemed against your 2026 membership and is not transferable. Seat return credit is not redeemable for Club events or Store credits.

5. Credit will be calculated at the completion of the 2025 home and away season and automatically credited to membership accounts to appear on your 2026 membership renewal invoice.

6. Companions/carers and complimentary memberships are ineligible to receive credit for leased seats.

7. Any membership that is more than one (1) month behind in monthly instalments will be ineligible to receive credit for applicable games.

8. Any accounts with a 2025 membership balance owing when 2026 renewals launch will not have their credit applied to their account and will be ineligible to receive their applicable credit until the 2025 balance is paid.

9. Within one (1) week of each Melbourne Storm home game at AAMI Park, you will be advised by the Club via email if your seat was successfully purchased on Ticketek. If you do not have a valid email listed with the Melbourne Storm, you will be required to contact the Club to request this information.

10. Where a membership is not renewed in 2026, reserved seat credit/s on that account will be forfeited.

11. Where a membership is cancelled in accordance with the membership terms and conditions during the 2026 season, reserved seat credit/s earned in 2025 and applied to a 2026 membership will be forfeited and will not form part of any refund or credit that may be due.

12. Melbourne Storm’s decision on the application of seat lease credits will be final and cannot be contested.
