How do I redeem my seat for fully ticketed games?

You can redeem your seat in the general reserved area by entering your barcode into the password box on Ticketek. You won't be charged for the seat or the booking fee, we've got that covered for you! If you are attending with multiple general admission members, make sure to enter all barcodes in the one transaction to ensure that you can sit together.

Where can I find my barcode?

Flexi barcodes are printed on the back of your one-use tickets that are sent in your membership pack. If you don't have these handy but would still like to find your barcodes, you can call our Membership Team on 1300 786 767.

Can I use multiple barcodes for the one game?

As Flexi members, you have the flexibility to use as many tickets per game as you wish. Any tickets you use to redeem a reserved seat will no longer work to scan into AAMI Park.

Can I buy additional tickets so that I can bring a friend?

Yes! Members will be able to purchase additional seats when redeeming their tickets. If you choose to purchase additional tickets, please note that any Ticketek booking and transactions fees will need to be paid.
