How do I redeem my seat for fully ticketed games?

You can redeem your seat in the Clubhouse by entering your barcode into the password box on Ticketek. You wont be charged for the seat or the booking fee, we've got that covered for you! If you are attending with multiple Clubhouse GA members, make sure to enter all barcodes in the one transaction to ensure that you can sit together.

Where can I find my barcode?

Member barcodes are printed on the back of your membership card. If you don't have it handy but would still like to find your barcode, you can also CLICK HERE to enter your details and find it.

Can I buy additional tickets so that I can bring a friend?

Yes! Members will be able to purchase additional seats when redeeming their tickets. If you choose to purchase additional tickets, please note that ant Ticketek booking and transactions fees will need to be paid.
