Storm Members

The Storm membership team will be available for enquiries at the front forecourt room next to Edwin’s Café.

As this is a home final, Storm membership cards will not scan. Please use your purchased Ticketek ticket to enter the gates and find the seat printed on that ticket.

Tickets will go on-sale from Thursday 18 September, with the below schedule:

• Thursday 18 September at 10am: Reserved Seat Members
• Friday 19 September at 10am: Clubhouse GA Members
• Monday 22 September at 10am: Ticketed Members
• Monday 22 September at 4pm: Non-Ticketed Members
• Tuesday 23 September at 10am: General Public

Member Item Collection

Members can present their digital item collection pass to our membership team on the night. If you need help downloading your digital collection pass, you can find those details here.

If you need to chat about your membership or have any questions, our member services team are located in the front forecourt room, next to Edwin's Cafe!

Clubhouse

Melbourne Storm members who have purchased tickets into our Clubhouse sections on Level 2 will be able to scan your Ticketek ticket for the Preliminary Final at Gate 4, head up to Level 2 and enjoy the Clubhouse Lounge pre, during and post-game.

The room will open with gates at 6pm and be open for 1 hour post-match (with the bar closing 30 minutes after the final siren).

Please note, there will not be a post-match interview for any home finals matches. There will still be live entertainment and don't forget to buy your raffle tickets to go in the draw to WIN a prize on the day. Raffle is drawn at half time.
