Digital membership cards

Members who have game access in 2026 will receive their digital membership card via email. Simply download the pass to your Apple or Android wallet!

Your card can be downloaded at any time. You can also share the cards via your Apple or Google wallet once downloaded.

How to add your pass to your wallet

1. Find the email in your inbox with the subject line “Member name, your digital membership card is ready.” This will have been sent from membership.m@melbournestorm.com.au
2. Then click to the button corresponding to your mobile device type, either Apple or Google
3. When the pass pops up, click 'Add to Wallet'
4. Click 'Add' and you're all set!

If you have multiple memberships, you will have received one email per membership card.
