You can, if you wish not to receive a physical membership pack for 2026 you can opt not to receive this and we will donate the pack to someone who may not otherwise have access to our merchandise. You can do this when renewing/joining online, email our team at membership@melbournestorm.com.au or call us on 1300 786 767.
If you select this option, please note you will also not receive a collection pass for an item as you are opting out of all physical fulfilment and will not receive an item for 2026.

Yes, you get the first right to renew into your same seat for 2026, I you wish to keep your same seat you need to renew by Friday 12 December, 2025 to secure your seat. After this date, unrenewed seats will be released to the waitlist or for general sale.
We know some members would like to be able to get both member items, simply purchase one of the additional items (cap or scarf) and we’ll send both with your membership pack. You can do this in the add-ons section of the checkout when renewing your membership, or by clicking here and purchasing it as a standalone product ready for when your membership automatically renews or your membership pack is sent out.
All Clubhouse, Foundation and Milestone Year members will receive both items in their pack. Milestone years are based on consecutive years of membership being 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.
Yes, you have the option to have your member items posted to you with your membership pack for a small postage fee of $10. Call our friendly membership team on 1300 STORMS (786 767) to request your member items to be posted to you.

We love the passion and loyalty of our committed Melbourne Storm members, and we know that you love nothing more than displaying your true Storm colours, which is why we wanted to boost our loyalty program to show our members how much you mean to us.
Members who reach a milestone year in consecutive years of membership (5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years of membership) will be sent your membership items (both a cap and a scarf) PLUS a recognition pin that you can pin on your lanyard, scarf or cap to proudly show your loyalty when you attend Storm games.
We are working with our suppliers and mail house to begin sending packs in January 2026. If your membership includes a physical pack, you will receive an email from Australia Post when it’s on its way.
To purchase a 2026 Melbourne Storm membership as a gift, simply fill in the details of the person you are purchasing for.
If you’d prefer to deliver the gift in person, ensure you provide your own postal address.

The NRL is an affiliate of the Companion Card Program that exists in some states. It agrees to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder’s companion at no charge.
Melbourne Storm provides a membership of the same category for the cardholder’s companion at no charge. This includes reserved seats if a reserved seat membership is purchased by the companion card holder (a valid companion card number must be provided at the time of purchase).
To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification:
Health care cards and Seniors’ cards do not qualify.
You must notify Melbourne Storm of your concession type and relevant concession card number upon submitting a membership application.
Concession identification must also be available for presentation when requested upon entry on match days.
If a valid email address is provided, you will receive an invoice email once a payment has been made on your membership. Following this you will receive a welcome email within 1 week of purchasing a membership.
You will receive email notification from our distribution centre advising you of the status of your membership pack delivery (from January 2026).
You will also receive weekly emails during the season, provided we have your current email address.

Our membership card are personalised and printed at an external warehouse, and you will receive your membership card in the mail.
At the bottom of every email that you receive from Melbourne Storm, an option to update preferences will be provided at the bottom.
