The Melbourne Storm membership website provides information about all our membership packages that are available, with details on what’s included and what will suit you best. When you’re on the packages page of our membership website, you can use the filters above the packages to narrow down the options based on attendance, inclusions and other factors.

You can, if you wish not to receive a physical membership pack for 2025 you can opt not to receive this and we will donate the pack to someone who may not otherwise have access to our merchandise. You can do this when renewing/joining online, email our team at membership@melbournestorm.com.au or call us on 1300 786 767.

If you select this option, please note you will also not receive a collection pass for an item as you are opting out of all physical fulfilment and will not receive an item for 2025.

All 2025 members will receive:

• 2025 membership card (digital or hard copy, dependent on your membership type)
• 10% discount on all Melbourne Storm store merchandise online and on game day
• Access to exclusive member Storm rewards and partner offers
• Priority access to purchase finals tickets should Storm participate
• Latest club news and weekly team announcement emails

The continued growth and success of our Club is only achievable if we explore new and innovative ways to improve our standards on and off the field. Our gameday and member experience has always been a high priority for us each season which has led to a review of our stadium seating configuration.

Following this review, there will be some changes made to your seats (Level, Gold) which have been re-categorised from Gold to Diamond, aligning with our ticketing model.

Having identified these seats as one of our most premium in the stadium, prices will be altered accordingly to any new member joining in 2025.

However, we appreciate your loyalty and want it to be as easy as possible for you to retain your seat. We understand this is a shift in pricing, however, to ease this transition we will not increase prices in full within the first year, but will apply a gradual increase to your membership over the next three years.

In addition, in appreciation of your understanding, all renewing diamond members will receive an exclusive invite to a team meet and greet session during 2025.

Yes, you get the first right to renew into your same seat for 2025, I you wish to keep your same seat you need to renew by Wednesday 11 December, 2024 to secure your seat. After this date, unrenewed seats will be released to the waitlist or for general sale.

We know some members would like to be able to get both member items, simply purchase one of the additional items (cap or scarf) and we’ll send both with your membership pack.

All Clubhouse, Foundation and Milestone Year members will receive both items in their pack. Milestone years are based on consecutive years of membership being 5, 10, 15, 20, 25.

Yes, you have the option to have your member items posted to you with your membership pack for a small postage fee of $10. Call our friendly membership team on 1300 STORMS (786 767) to request your member items to be posted to you.

For renewing or new members, this needs to be requested at the time of purchasing your membership.

We love the passion and loyalty of our committed Melbourne Storm members, and we know that you love nothing more than displaying your true Storm colours, which is why we wanted to boost our loyalty program to show our members how much you mean to us.

Members who reach a milestone year in consecutive years of membership (5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 years of membership) will be sent your membership items (both a cap and a scarf) PLUS a recognition pin that you can pin on your lanyard, scarf or cap to proudly show your loyalty when you attend Storm games.

We’re working with our supplier and warehouse to fulfil as many membership packs before Christmas as we can. You will receive an email from us when your membership pack is with Australia Post.

To purchase a 2025 Melbourne Storm membership as a gift, simply fill in the details of the person you are purchasing for.

If you’d prefer to deliver the gift in person, ensure you provide your own postal address.

You can also call the club on 1300 786 767 to process your membership as a gift.

If you hold a membership which gains you entry into Storm home games at AAMI Park, you will receive an email from our mail house with how to download your digital membership card. These will begin being sent from November.

You will only need to add this to your apple or google wallet once for the entire season as your card will not change unless you make changes to your membership part way through the year.

If you do not receive this email, please contact our membership services team on 1300 786 767 and we can resend the link to you.

The NRL is an affiliate of the Companion Card Program that exists in some states. It agrees to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder’s companion at no charge.

Melbourne Storm provides a membership of the same category for the cardholder’s companion at no charge. This includes reserved seats if a reserved seat membership is purchased by the companion card holder (a valid companion card number must be provided at the time of purchase).

To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification:

• Pension card (aged, single parent or disability)
• Student card (full-time only)
• Veterans’ Affairs concession card.

Health care cards and Seniors’ cards do not qualify.

You must notify Melbourne Storm of your concession type and relevant concession card number upon submitting a membership application.

Concession identification must also be available for presentation when requested upon entry on match days.

Members who renew or join on Easy Renew before Sunday 1 December 2024 automatically go in the draw to win one of the below prizes:

If a valid email address is provided, you will receive a welcome email within 1 week of purchasing. You will receive email notification from our distribution center advising you of the status of your membership pack delivery.

This will be the most effective way to keep track of the progress of your delivery. You will also receive weekly emails during the season, provided we have your current email address.

Our membership card are personalised and printed at an external warehouse, and you will receive your membership card in the mail.

At the bottom of every email that you receive from Melbourne Storm, an option to update preferences will be provided at the bottom.

Clicking this button will allow you to select the nature of emails you wish to receive from Melbourne Storm, and you may opt in or out, accordingly.
