Easy Renew FAQs

All Easy Renew plans will be renewed on Tuesday November 17, 2026.

For members on an annual plan, your full membership fee will be debited from your nominated card on this day.

For members on a monthly plan, your first instalment will be debited from your nominated card on this day with monthly payments debited on the 17th of each month thereafter. The final payment on a monthly plan will be processed on August 17, 2027.

Easy Renew is the default payment method for all memberships purchased online. When you sign up or renew your membership online, you are automatically enrolled in the Easy Renew plan, either through monthly instalments or an annual upfront payment, depending on your selection.

By opting in, you authorise the Club to automatically process your membership payment each season using your nominated debit or credit card. Meaning you don't need to manually renew or action anything each season, we'll take care of it for you and your membership continues seamlessly from one season to the next.

Members enrolled in Easy Renew will receive a notification at least 14 days prior to the renewal date, advising of any changes to membership pricing or terms for the upcoming season.

For 2027 Memberships on Easy Renew, your membership will be automatically renewed and your payment will be deduced on Tuesday 17 November, 2026.

If you wish to opt out of your Easy Renew plan, you do so via one of the following methods by Friday 13 November, 2026.

You may also choose to opt out online by clicking here prior to the renewal period. By filling out this form you have the opportunity to opt out of you Easy Renew plan or defer your payments to begin on Wednesday 17 February, 2027.
