Interstate Redemption Guide

Redemptions open Monday January 29, members with Away access will receive an email with details.

A quick guide to help you redeem your interstate ticket/s for our Away 1 & 3 Game Members.

1. Click the REDEEM TICKET button sent to you via. Link also available here
2. Log in to your My Storm Account
3. In ‘Game Choice’ then click ‘Select Event’
4. Click the ‘Exchange’ button in the top right-hand corner
5. Tick the ‘General Admission’ box, and continue
6. Here you will be able to select what game you’d like to attend, unless tickets for that game are exhausted
7. Once you’ve selected, click on the ‘Click here to redeem’ button
8. Add to your cart, and click continue in the cart in the top right-hand corner
9. Check your game details and select ‘Submit’
10. You’ll then be asked a few questions before you can submit. If these questions aren’t applicable, please type N/A into the boxes
11. Tick the T&Cs box, and place your order, you will not need to enter any credit card details
12. You’ll then receive a confirmation email once your redemption has been submitted
13. Redemptions will close at 3pm, 7 days before the event
14. Repeat the same process to redeem your other games if you have an Away 3 Game membership
15. You are still able to log in and see which game/s you have selected if you need to check, simply go to the 'My Events' page
