Yes, you have the option to have your member items posted to you with your membership pack for a small postage fee of $10. Call our friendly membership team on 1300 STORMS (786 767) to request your member items to be posted to you.

For renewing or new members, this needs to be requested at the time of purchasing your membership.

Guests attending the precinct can access the Eastern Plaza Carpark via Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard). We strongly recommend pre-booking you're parking. If parking is sold out there are a number of car parks in the precinct.

Yes, we do have accessible parking available in the precinct however it must be pre-booked via Ticketek's accessible bookings hotline - on (03) 9286 1208 - we recommend to book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Drop off areas for reduced mobility guests can be dropped off directly in front of the venue at the passenger drop-off areas at Entrance E (for Gate 5 or 7) and Entrance F (for Gate 4 or 2).

Trains operate frequently from Richmond Station, Jolimont Station & Flinders Street Station.

Tram 70 (Wattle Park) from Flinders Street and Richmond Stations. These stop at Rod Laver Arena (Stop 7B), John Cain Arena (Stop 7C) and AAMI Park (Stop 7D).

Tram 48 (North Balwyn) and Tram 75 (Vermont South). These stop adjacent to the MCG on Wellington Parade.

Bus 246 (Latrobe Uni – Elsternwick Station) stops at corner of Olympic Boulevard and Punt Road. 

Taxi/Rideshare:

A taxi rank is available next to the oval on Olympic Boulevard. This is a safe and efficient way to hail a taxi.

The pick-up and drop off point for rideshare services, such as Uber, is out the front of John Cain Arena on Olympic Boulevard. 

We encourage guests not to order their rideshare service until they have reached the pick-up point to avoid causing congestion along Olympic Boulevard. 

Yes, membership are fully transferrable, as long as an adult does not use a junior membership to scan in.

The membership team will be located outside the stadium at the front of AAMI Park next to Edwins Cafe and the Storm merchandise store.

Members are also able to collect their 2024 member item from the membership team on game at this location.

Yes, a digital membership card will be emailed (starting early next year) to you after purchase. If you are having trouble finding this you can call the membership team on 1300 786 767 prior to the game or see the team at the membership tent on game day.

If a valid email address is provided, you will receive email notification from our distribution center advising you of the status of your membership pack delivery.

This will be the most effective way to keep track of the progress of your delivery. You will also receive weekly emails during the season, provided we have your current email address.

If you choose to receive a hard copy membership card, these are personalised and printed at an external warehouse, and you will receive your hard copy membership card in the mail.

All ticketed members will also receive a 'digital' version of their membership card via email closer to the start of the season.
