As a member who has made the switch to Alinta Energy, you will need to provide Melbourne Storm with your sales reference number in order for us to know you have switched. We will then check with Alinta Energy that you have completed the 10-day cooling off period and can apply your 2026 credit after that confirmation.
If you are an eligible 2025 member who has made the switch to Alinta Energy, you will have been provided with a sales reference number from Alinta Energy. If you have completed the 10-day cooling off period, you can now claim your 2026 membership credit by filling out the online form here.
No, your credit is not automatically applied. Once you have made the switch and completed the 10-day cooling off period, you can now claim your 2026 membership credit by filling out the online form here.
Once 2026 memberships are available, you will then need to opt in to utilise your credit (or some of your credit) when renewing your membership for the season.
Membership credits cannot be transferred to another account, person or season, any unused credits for 2026 will be forfeited.
