Finals FAQs

Tickets will begin going on sale at 10am Thursday 18 September via Ticketek to Club members. Ticket on-sale dates and times will depend on membership type.

Reserved Seat members have access to purchase their same seat during the same seat member window from Thursday 18 September 10am to Friday 19 September 1pm.

Clubhouse General Admission members have access to purchase Clubhouse tickets in the Clubhouse pre-sale on Friday 19 September from 10am to 5pm.

Ticketed members will get priority access from 10am Monday 22 September, followed up non-ticketed members from 4pm.

General Public on-sale will be from 10am Tuesday 23 September.

For home finals, reserved seat members will need to use their same seat member code to get access to purchase their same seat during the allocated window. Members will receive their code on Wednesday 17 September.

Melbourne Storm ticketed members will need to use their AAN (access advantage number) to get access to tickets. Melbourne Storm non-ticketed members will receive a code to access tickets via email on Monday 23 September from Storm.

AAN’s or Same Seat codes will need to be entered into the password box for Melbourne Storm home finals.

Members are classed as Ticketed if your membership gives you access to at least one game at AAMI Park. These members receive an AAN.

If you wouldn't be able to scan your membership card in at AAMI Park, you are Non-Ticketed. These members do not receive an AAN.

Reserved Seat members fall under both Ticketed and Same Seat. If you choose to not redeem your same seat, or redeem outside of the same seat on-sale times, please follow the Ticketed instructions.

Please see the table below to confirm whether your membership entitles you to an AAN code.

Members who do not have entitlements to an AAN code will receive a code via email for the 4pm Non-Ticketed on-sale.

Members can locate their AAN by entering their details into the NRL finals AAN finder. Click here to access the finder online, you will need your Storm membership number which can be found on your membership card.

If you can’t locate your AAN number, please contact the membership team on 1300 786 767 and we can help you out.

Members can purchase up to 10 tickets using their AAN during the members pre-sale. For any tickets in groups larger than 10, you will need to contact tickets@nrl.com.au

If you have multiple reserved seats to purchase, simply enter all the same seat passwords into the Ticketek password box, one under the other and continue to purchase tickets. You can enter up to 10 passwords at a time.

Storm same seat members who wish to bring members or fans without a reserved seat membership will need to forgo their same seat for the game and purchase tickets using their AAN during the ticketed members on-sale. Your AAN can be found by clicking here.

If you’d like to sit somewhere else outside of your reserved seat, you can use your AAN number to purchase tickets. Your AAN can be found by clicking here.

No, for finals matches played at AAMI Park, all entrants must have a valid ticket purchased via Ticketek to enter.

If you have used your same seat code and were able to continue through the purchasing process, there is no need to worry. Ticketek's system takes 24 hours to code the purchase to your seat. A new ticket with your seat location will be issued within 48 hours.
