Finals FAQs

Tickets have been on sale for the Grand Final since July 2.

Tickets went off sale on Friday 26 September ahead of the Preliminary Finals. The game will go back on sale on Monday 29 September, which will now include the Supporter Bays behind the try line. Ticket on-sale times will depend on membership type and members can expect an email with details before their on-sale time.

Reserved Seat and Ticketed members will need to use their AAN to access the pre-sale. Non-Ticketed members will receive a code to access their pre-sale in the afternoon.

General Public on-sale will be from 10am Tuesday 30 September.

Melbourne Storm Ticketed members will need to use their AAN (access advantage number) to get access to tickets. Melbourne Storm Non-Ticketed members will receive a code to access tickets via email on Monday 29 September from Storm.

AANs will need to be entered into the password box for the Grand Final.

Members are classed as Ticketed if your membership gives you access to at least one game at AAMI Park. These members receive an AAN.

If you wouldn't be able to scan your membership card in at AAMI Park, you are Non-Ticketed. These members do not receive an AAN.

Reserved Seat members fall under a Ticketed membership. For the Grand Final, please follow the Ticketed instructions.

Please see the table below to confirm whether your membership entitles you to an AAN code.

Members who do not have entitlements to an AAN code will receive a code via email for the 4pm Non-Ticketed on-sale.

Members can locate their AAN by entering their details into the NRL finals AAN finder. Click here to access the finder online, you will need your Storm membership number which can be found on your membership card.

If you can’t locate your AAN number, please contact the membership team on 1300 786 767 and we can help you out.

Members can purchase up to 10 tickets using their AAN during the members pre-sale. For any tickets in groups larger than 10, you will need to contact tickets@nrl.com.au

If you have used your same seat code and were able to continue through the purchasing process, there is no need to worry. Ticketek's system takes 24 hours to code the purchase to your seat. A new ticket with your seat location will be issued within 48 hours.

Melbourne Storm are not offering any travel packages for the Grand Final.
